From the Office Menu, select the “Payment History” button.

 

 

Search for the Customer whose payment you need to Void.

 

 

Select the payment you wish to Void from the Customer’s list of Payments. Note that once a payment is selected. The invoices tied to that payment will appear on the right-hand side. Here you can confirm both the invoice number and amounts prior to Voiding the payment. Once ready, press the “Void” button.

 

 

A confirmation modal will appear. When ready, press the “Void” button and the payment will be voided.

 

 

Once voided, the payment will be marked “Void” as shown below and you will receive a confirmation message, notifying you the payment has been voided.
